Local marketing
Almost everyone checks a phone before walking into a business they haven’t been to. So what do they see about you? I go find out, then I fix it and keep it working. Your listings and reviews, what you post, the ads you run.
Takes about a week, and you keep the findings either way.
Start here
I type them into Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Siri the way somebody in your town would, and I save whatever comes back. Most owners have never seen it.
What the AI said (real audit, name removed)
Listing check, same business
That business moved. They updated one address and forgot three, and an old listing spent months telling every AI assistant they had shut down.
Why this happens
Your name, address and phone have to match on all four. If one is wrong you stop showing up on everything that reads it.
The one most owners have claimed, and usually the only one they’ve ever checked.
ChatGPT searches Bing, not Google. Almost no local business has claimed it.
About half the phones in your town, and completely separate from Google.
Where old and duplicate listings sit for years telling people you closed down.
The part nobody sees
Somebody checks your hours, your reviews, your photos, whether you’re still open. If it looks bad they don’t call to tell you. They just go somewhere else.
Services
Most people start at the top and work down. None of it needs a long contract.
Do you show up at all?
Thirty customer questions run through Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Siri, with screenshots of what comes back.
Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp claimed and corrected so all four finally agree with each other.
The biggest single thing behind whether you show up, and what an AI says when somebody asks it for a recommendation.
Are you worth finding?
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook on a calendar built a month ahead. You film to my list, I handle the rest.
For businesses without one, or with one built in 2016. Made so search engines and AI assistants can actually read it.
Not content, direction. Promotions, packages, seasonal pushes, something to run on the slow days.
Turning attention into customers.
Facebook and Instagram ads built from posts that already proved they work, so the creative isn’t a guess.
People announce what they want to buy in public, then buy from whoever answers first.
One page, same format every month, in plain English. Not a dashboard you’ll never log into.
How it works
No long contract. There’s no reason to buy the whole thing before you know if it works.
About a week. You see exactly what customers and AI assistants are told about you today, plus a written fix list that’s yours whatever you decide next.
Listings claimed and corrected, duplicates cleared, reviews handled, a website if you need one. Re-checked at six weeks with a before and after.
Content going out near-daily, ads behind whatever performs, and one page a month showing what changed.
FAQ
You do, all of it: profiles, domain, ad account, logins, footage. Everything gets built in your accounts on your card from day one and I take partner access. If we stop working together there’s nothing for me to hand back, because none of it was ever mine.
Customers came for you, and you know your product better than I ever will. Footage I shoot looks like an ad. Footage you shoot looks like you, and that does better in local feeds. I tell you exactly what to point the camera at, and I’m there in person for the first session.
I won’t give you a number, and anyone who does is guessing. What I’ll promise is the work itself: posts delivered, ads live, reviews answered, reporting on time. We also put something countable in place on day one, like a code or a booking link, so by month three you have a real number instead of a hunch.
No. Start with the audit. It’s about a week, you keep the findings, and there’s no obligation to do the fixes with me.
No. We just ask, and we ask a lot: signage, receipts, a line your staff can say out loud. Incentivized reviews get profiles filtered or suspended, and that costs way more than the reviews were worth.
Book the audit
That’s all I need to run the audit before we ever talk. You don’t have to get on a call to find out if something is wrong.
