Privacy policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy covers forgefoundmarketing.com, run by Forge Found Marketing. It explains what the site collects, what I do with it, and how you can have it deleted.
What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the audit request form: your business name, city and state, type of business, your name, your phone number or email address, your website, and anything you write in the optional note.
I don't use cookies, analytics, ad pixels, or any other tracking on this site. Like any website, the server that hosts it (Netlify) keeps basic technical logs such as your IP address and browser type. That's for security and keeping the site running, and I don't use those logs to identify you.
How I use it
I use your form details to run your audit, contact you about it, and answer your questions. If we end up working together, I also use them to do that work. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I won't send you marketing texts unless you ask me to.
Who else sees it
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it for advertising. A few services handle it so the site can work:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Google (Gmail) holds the email notification each submission sends me.
- Google Fonts provides the site's fonts. Your browser loads them straight from Google, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions for as long as I need them to work with you or follow up, and I delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email forgefoundmarketing@gmail.com or call or text (209) 678-9030, and I'll take care of it within 30 days.
Do Not Track: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track you across other sites in the first place, so nothing changes when that signal is on.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
